According to the announcement from ASIAINFO TECH (01675), for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the Group's revenue was approximately RMB 3.968 billion, with a net loss of approximately RMB 177 million. After excluding the impact of one-time severance compensation due to personnel optimization, the net loss was approximately RMB 10 million. As of September 30, 2025, the Group's total assets were approximately RMB 9.219 billion, and net assets were approximately RMB 6.140 billion. The cumulative revenue decline for the first three quarters of 2025 has significantly improved compared to the first half of the year, and the net loss has narrowed considerably compared to the first half. After excluding the one-time compensation due to personnel optimization, the Group has basically achieved a break-even point. It is expected that the performance in the fourth quarter of 2025 will be significantly better than in the third quarter, and the annual performance, excluding the one-time compensation due to personnel optimization, will remain robust compared to the previous year. The main factors include: (1) the company continues to focus on the three growth engines of AI large model applications and delivery, 5G private networks and applications, and intelligent operations, accelerating the signing pace; (2) the Group's clients are concentrated in the state-owned enterprise sector, where clients typically implement centralized procurement and budget management systems, resulting in significant seasonality in their procurement activities, and thus the Group's operating performance also exhibits certain seasonal characteristics, usually with revenue and profits concentrated in the second half of the year (especially in the fourth quarter); and (3) the Group has effectively controlled costs through a mature cost control mechanism and personnel structure optimization, with one-time compensation expenses arising from personnel structure optimization. In addition, in the first three quarters of 2025, the company has continued to increase its efforts in expanding AI large model applications and delivery business, building a sustainable large model delivery system to promote the implementation of "Artificial Intelligence +" across various industries. In the first three quarters, it achieved revenue exceeding RMB 75 million, a year-on-year increase of 26 times, nearly tripling compared to the first half of the year, achieving explosive growth, with orders exceeding RMB 150 million and ample business opportunities.
