CENTEK announced that the company and relevant personnel received a warning letter from the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The warning letter pointed out that the company's pension business has issues such as the recognition of some income and costs across periods, incomplete retention of original documents for some businesses, inappropriate accounting treatment of sales commissions, and inaccurate financial accounting of rent reductions. There are also flaws in the governance of the company, including defects in the records of shareholder meetings and board meetings, as well as issues with the timely revision and non-standard execution of certain systems. These issues have led to inaccurate financial information disclosure in the relevant annual reports, violating the provisions of Article 3 of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies."
