YEIC: Yongsheng Yuneng New Energy Co., Ltd. invests in the construction of the Aguzi Wind Power Project

Yunnan Energy Investment announced that the company's board of directors approved the proposal regarding the investment and construction of the Aguzi Wind Farm Project by Yongsheng Yuneng New Energy Co., Ltd. at the 10th interim meeting of 2025. It was agreed that Yongsheng Yuneng New Energy Co., Ltd. would invest in the construction of the Aguzi Wind Farm Project, with an installed capacity of 100MW and a total investment of 619 million yuan. The project's capital is calculated at 20% of the total investment, with the remaining funds raised through bank loans and other debt financing methods
