Shaanxi Energy announced that its holding subsidiary Linbei Coal Industry plans to invest in the Zhangba Coal Mine project in the Shaanxi Yonglong mining area through cash contributions, with a total investment of 6.997 billion yuan, of which the capital contribution is 2.123 billion yuan, accounting for 30.34% of the total investment. The project is planned to have a construction scale of 5 million tons per year, with a matching coal washing plant of the same scale, and a construction period of approximately 46 months. The company holds 59.6012% of Linbei Coal Industry, and this investment aims to expand the scale of the coal and electricity main business and enhance the company's sustainable development capabilities
