Zhejiang Xiantong: Shareholder Li Qifu plans to increase capital by 130 million yuan for Qiteng Robotics
Zhejiang Xiantong announced that the company's second largest shareholder, Li Qifu, signed a capital increase agreement with Qiteng Robotics on October 28, 2025, intending to contribute 130 million yuan to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 1.9715 million yuan for Qiteng Robotics. On the same day, both parties signed a supplementary agreement, stipulating that within 7 months after Li Qifu completes the capital contribution payment, they will assist Zhejiang Xiantong in establishing an annual production capacity of over 1,000 Qiteng explosion-proof robots and conduct technical worker training
