NARI-TECH: Plans to repurchase and cancel 332,103 restricted shares for 4.2778 million yuan

NARI-TECH announced that on September 30, the company's ninth board of directors' eighth meeting and the fourth meeting of the board of supervisors approved the repurchase and cancellation of 332,103 restricted shares from the 2021 incentive plan, involving 23 individuals. Among them, 322,983 shares were initially granted, 9,120 shares were temporarily withheld, and the repurchase price was 12.74 yuan per share, with a total repurchase fund of approximately 4.2778 million yuan, sourced from its own funds. This repurchase and cancellation is due to 4 individuals being transferred, 1 individual deceased, 10 individuals resigning, and 8 individuals receiving a C rating in the 2024 assessment. The company still needs to fulfill information disclosure and share repurchase cancellation registration procedures
