ComNav Technology Ltd.: Plans to cooperate in establishing a fund, with an investment amount not exceeding 100 million yuan
ComNav Technology Ltd. announced that on October 29, 2025, it signed a cooperation framework agreement with China-U.S. Green Fund Management Co., Ltd. to jointly establish a China-U.S. Green Navigation Survey and Mapping Venture Capital Partnership, with a fund size not exceeding 300 million RMB. ComNav Technology Ltd. plans to contribute no more than 100 million RMB, accounting for no more than 50% of the total subscribed amount, while the remaining funds will be raised from government and social capital
