Jinan Hi-tech Development announced that the company has signed the "Dissolution and Liquidation Agreement of Huangshan Jinan Hi-tech Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd." with Wangsheng Ecological Environment Co., Ltd. and Huangshan Tianyuan Integrated Development Co., Ltd., and signed the "Termination Agreement of the Lantian·Taoyuan Integrated Development PPP Project in She County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province" with the She County People's Government, Wangsheng Ecological, the Integrated Development Company, and the Ecological Agriculture Company, to dissolve and liquidate the Ecological Agriculture Company, terminate the Integrated Development Project, and transfer it to the entity designated by the She County People's Government. As of December 31, 2024, the total assets of the Ecological Agriculture Company are 196 million yuan, net assets are 35.6112 million yuan, operating income is 340,600 yuan, and net profit is -4.5254 million yuan. As of September 30, 2025, total assets are 191 million yuan, net assets are 30.9106 million yuan, operating income is 0.00 yuan, and net profit is -4.7006 million yuan
