According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREENTOWN MGMT (09979) announced that the company has completed the repurchase of a total of 10 million shares in the market from August 29, 2025, to October 17, 2025, at a total cost of approximately HKD 30.67158 million. The repurchased shares were canceled on October 28, 2025.
The board of directors was informed by the company's executive director and CEO, Mr. Wang Junfeng, that on October 30, 2025, Mr. Wang Junfeng purchased 500,000 shares of the company in the open market using his own funds, at a total cost of approximately HKD 1,524,150 (excluding related transaction fees). Mr. Wang Junfeng expressed full confidence in the overall development prospects and long-term value of the company, and does not rule out further increasing his shareholding in the company at an appropriate time, in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
