Shengjing Bank announced that the Liaoning Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Mr. Li Weiming's qualification to serve as a non-executive director, with a term starting from October 28, 2025, until the end of the eighth board of directors' term. Mr. Li Weiming will also serve as a member of the board's audit committee, with the same term starting from October 28, 2025, until the end of the eighth board of directors' term
According to the announcement from Shengjing Bank (02066), the bank has recently received approval from the Liaoning Financial Regulatory Bureau regarding Mr. Li Weiming's qualification for his position. According to this approval, the Liaoning Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Mr. Li Weiming to serve as a non-executive director of the bank. Mr. Li Weiming's term will commence from the date the Liaoning Financial Regulatory Bureau officially approves his qualification (i.e., October 28, 2025) and will last until the end of the eighth board's term.
