YIBIN BANK: Jiang Lin resigns as president and executive director, succeeded by Guo Hua
YIBIN BANK (02596.HK) announced that Jiang Lin has resigned from the position of executive director and president of the bank for personal reasons, effective yesterday (30th). At the same time, Guo Hua has been appointed as president and executive director.
The company stated that Guo Hua previously served as the party secretary and president of the Panzhihua branch of Sichuan Bank, deputy party secretary of the Panzhihua branch of Sichuan Bank, and deputy general manager of the corporate business department of China Construction Bank Sichuan Branch. In April of this year, the company announced that the then executive director and president Yang Xingwang resigned due to personal health reasons
