Recently, Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. and SuperX AI Technology Limited jointly announced that they have reached a final agreement to establish a new joint venture, SuperX Global Service Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. The joint venture will be controlled by SuperX, and its core mission is to serve as a service provider for SuperX's global AI factory project, offering end-to-end professional services to customers of SuperX products and AIDC solutions, as well as providing professional technical support for customers' third-party AI products
