The "Hong Kong Property" Ti Wai recorded another transaction this month, a four-bedroom duplex mansion sold for HKD 250 million

The "Tian Wai" development in Kowloon Mid-Levels by KERRY PPT (00683.HK) was sold today (31st) through a bidding process for a unit on the 6th floor of Block 5, measuring over 4,000 square feet. This transaction marks the second deal in October, following the earlier sale of a full-floor connected unit on the top floor of Block 5, totaling HKD 830 million in cash.

The latest transaction involves the 6th floor B unit of Block 5 in "Tian Wai," with a usable area of 4,378 square feet, consisting of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two maid's rooms, which was just sold for HKD 250 million, with a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 57,104. The sale price includes two residential parking spaces.

To date, the project has sold a total of 41 units, with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 13 billion, and an average transaction price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 60,000
