Risen Energy announced that the company and relevant personnel recently received the "Administrative Supervision Measures Decision" issued by the Ningbo Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Upon investigation, it was found that the company had violated regulations by failing to timely disclose the progress of significant events and inadequately implementing the insider information registrant management system.
