The existing lease will expire on May 31, 2026, and the bidding process is scheduled for December 17, 2025. According to the announcement from XINJI SHAXI (03603), XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City (the group's second largest mall) is one of the well-known hotel supplies wholesale markets in Guangzhou, China. The existing lease agreement for the land where XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City is located will expire on May 31, 2026, with SVSEC. On October 14, 2025, the Rural Collective Asset Trading Center issued the bidding documents.
The bidding process will take place on December 17, 2025, and applications will be accepted during office hours from October 15, 2025, to December 15, 2025 (i.e., from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM).

Property I includes shops located on the land at No. 101 Yingbin Road, Shanghe Village, Luopu Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China, with a land area of approximately 70,600 square meters, a vacant land area of approximately 42,100 square meters, and a building area of approximately 60,100 square meters. Property II includes shops located on the land at No. 2 Shanghe Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China, with a land area of approximately 22,700 square meters, a vacant land area of approximately 19,200 square meters, and a building area of approximately 7,288.07 square meters.
As the group's second largest mall, XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City has been in operation since 2007. The group has been leasing the land use rights from SVSEC for the operation of XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City since 2006. If the group becomes the successful bidder and the lease is finalized, the group will continue to operate XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City through these properties
