STREAM IDEAS: Chen Zhaohong appointed as authorized representative
STREAM IDEAS announced that Ms. Gong Huixian has resigned as Co-Company Secretary, effective October 31, 2025. After her resignation, Mr. Chen Zhaohong will continue to serve as the sole Company Secretary and will be appointed as the authorized representative. Ms. Zhang Li will no longer serve as the authorized representative but will continue to serve as an Executive Director
According to the announcement from STREAM IDEAS (08401), Ms. Gong Huixian has resigned as the co-company secretary of the company, effective from October 31, 2025. After her resignation, Ms. Gong will no longer hold any position in the group. Following Ms. Gong's resignation, another co-company secretary, Mr. Chen Zhaohong (Mr. Chen), will continue to serve as the sole company secretary.
Ms. Zhang Li will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in GEM Listing Rule 5.24, effective from October 31, 2025. After the termination of her role as authorized representative, Ms. Zhang will continue to serve as the executive director of the company. Mr. Chen has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from October 31, 2025
