SANY INT'L appoints Zhou Fugui as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board
SANY INT'L announced that Qi Jian has resigned as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board, effective October 31, 2025, but will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Liang Zaizhong has resigned as Chairman of the Board, and Zhou Fugui has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the ESG Committee, and member of the Strategic Investment Committee, all effective October 31, 2025. Zhou Fugui will succeed Qi Jian as the company's authorized representative
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANY INT'L (00631) announced that Mr. Qi Jian has resigned as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board, effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Qi Jian will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer but will no longer be a member and chairman of the ESG Committee or a member of the Strategic Investment Committee. Mr. Liang Zaizhong has resigned as Chairman of the Board but will remain as Executive Director and will no longer be a member and chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee, effective October 31, 2025.
Mr. Zhou Fugui has been appointed as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the ESG Committee, and a member of the Strategic Investment Committee, effective October 31, 2025.
In addition, Mr. Qi Jian will no longer serve as the Company's authorized representative required under Listing Rule 3.05, and Mr. Zhou Fugui has been appointed as the authorized representative, succeeding Mr. Qi Jian
