WENYE GROUP's potential "one supply and four" fundraising of nearly 150 million yuan

WENYE GROUP (01802.HK) announced that it has entered into an agreement with the underwriter, under which the underwriter will fully underwrite up to 3.326 billion shares of the rights issue that were not subscribed, with a base ratio of "one for four" and a subscription price of HKD 0.045, equivalent to the closing price on the last trading day (31st). The fundraising is expected to be nearly HKD 150 million, intended for debt repayment and general working capital
