CCOE: The hearing for the liquidation petition has been postponed to December 3rd
CCOE announced that the hearing for the winding-up petition originally scheduled for October 31, 2025, has been postponed to December 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM due to ongoing settlement discussions between the lawyers of both parties
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Longbridge (08286) announced that on October 31, 2025, at 9:30 AM, the company's representatives and the petitioner's representative lawyer (both parties) attended the hearing at the High Court regarding the company's liquidation petition under Hong Kong's Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, Chapter 32 (the court hearing). Given that the company and the petitioner are negotiating a settlement, both lawyers jointly applied to the High Court's Judicial Administrator to postpone the court hearing. The Judicial Administrator ordered that the company's liquidation petition hearing be postponed to December 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM
