CITY COOLXUAN: Pu Jian has been appointed as Executive Director

According to the announcement from CITY COOLXUAN (08050), effective from October 31, 2025: (i) Ms. He Zheng has resigned as an executive director. Following her resignation, she will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative, legal process agent, or a member of the company's nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Chen Hua has resigned as an executive director; (iii) Mr. Xie Yuxuan has resigned as an independent non-executive director. Following his resignation, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; (iv) Mr. Liu Chuqing has resigned as an independent non-executive director. Following his resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; (v) Mr. Huang Jianji has resigned as an independent non-executive director. Following his resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; (vi) Mr. Pu Jian has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of the board. Following his appointment, he will also serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee; (vii) Mr. Zhou Zhengjun has been appointed as an executive director. Following his appointment, he will also serve as a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee; (viii) Ms. Yao Suyang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Following her appointment, she will also serve as a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee, as well as the chairman of the company's audit committee; (ix) Mr. He Wenlong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
