According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHENZHEN INVEST (00604) released its major business progress for the third quarter of 2025. Regarding real estate development, in terms of sales, the group's unaudited contract sales for the third quarter of 2025 amounted to approximately RMB 3.025 billion, with a contract sales area of about 128,700 square meters; during the "Eleven" holiday, the group maintained good sales, with projects such as Shenzhen Shenye Yunzhu, Shanshui Dongcheng, and Huizhou Banshan Mingyuan achieving the sales champion in their respective areas. In the first three quarters of 2025, the group's total unaudited contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 9.838 billion, an increase of 24.0% compared to the same period last year; the total contract sales area was about 428,200 square meters, an increase of 36.3% compared to the same period last year, with an average selling price of approximately RMB 22,973 per square meter. Several key projects, such as Shenzhen Shenye Yunhaiwan, Shenye Yiyuefu, and Chengdu Shenye Dongyuefu, were successfully delivered in the third quarter.

Property Renovation and Upgrade

The group enhances its commercial competitiveness and asset attractiveness through continuous property upgrades and business innovation, injecting new momentum into regional commercial development, which will also enhance overall revenue. To optimize the consumer experience, Shenye Shangcheng Commercial has initiated asset enhancement renovations in the cinema area, planning to launch a new concept garden called "The Gardens" that integrates global cuisine and high-end cinema functions at the beginning of next year.
