According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Pharmaron announced that it recently received a letter from Mr. Lou Xiaoqiang, one of the actual controllers of the company, and his concerted party Ningbo Longtaikang Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longtaikang"), informing that Mr. Lou Xiaoqiang has pledged part of the shares he holds in the company, while Longtaikang has lifted the pledge on part of the shares it holds in the company. Lou Xiaoqiang pledged 2.154 million shares of the company, and Longtaikang lifted the pledge on 3.75 million shares of the company
