RUISEN LIFE SER: Zhu Li appointed as Chairman of the Board
RUISEN LIFE SER announced that starting from November 3, 2025, Wen Hao and Ma Wenhong have been appointed as non-executive directors. Xie Chenguang resigned as executive director and chairman of the board to focus on personal matters; Huang Qingping resigned as non-executive director. Zhu Li has been transferred from non-executive director to executive director and has been appointed as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the compensation committee
According to the announcement from RUISEN LIFE SER (01922), Mr. Wen Hao has been appointed as a non-executive director effective November 3, 2025; Ms. Ma Wenhong has been appointed as a non-executive director.
Mr. Xie Chengguang intends to retire and focus on his personal affairs, resigning as an executive director and chairman of the board; Mr. Huang Qingping resigns as a non-executive director to devote more time to his personal affairs; Mr. Zhu Li has been appointed as chairman of the board and has been transferred from non-executive director to executive director; after Mr. Xie Chengguang resigns as an executive director, he will no longer serve as chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee; and Mr. Zhu Li has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee
