According to the announcement from HYCAN HOLDINGS (002787.SZ), in order to meet the strategic development needs of the company and further promote its diversified layout, it plans to invest in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Xinyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinyuan Technology", provisional name, final name subject to industrial and commercial registration). The company will invest with its own funds and other means, with a registered capital of 300 million RMB, holding 100% equity of Xinyuan Technology.

The main purpose of establishing Xinyuan Technology is to create an operational entity for the company's transformation and upgrading in the fields of integrated circuits and information technology, conducting research and development, production, and sales of specialized temperature control equipment for integrated circuits, rapid thermal processing equipment for integrated circuits, packaging and testing equipment for integrated circuits, and consumables. At the same time, as a new business division of the company, it will serve as a holding platform to integrate the projects related to integrated circuits and information technology that the company has already invested in or plans to invest in.
