LAJIN ENT: The Listing Committee has decided to maintain the suspension of trading in the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LAJIN ENT (08172) announced that the board hereby informs the company's shareholders and potential investors that the committee will hold a review hearing on the listing department's decision on October 21, 2025. On November 3, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, notifying the company that after considering all written and oral submissions from the company and the listing department, the committee believes that the company has failed to maintain sufficient business operations and asset levels as required by GEM Listing Rule 17.26 to ensure that the company's shares can continue to be listed, and has decided to uphold the listing department's decision to suspend trading of shares in accordance with GEM Listing Rule 9.04(3). According to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to submit the GEM Listing Committee's decision for review by the GEM Listing Review Committee. According to GEM Listing Rule 4.08(1), the company may request the GEM Listing Review Committee to review the GEM Listing Committee's decision within 7 business days after the GEM Listing Committee's decision is issued (i.e., on or before November 12, 2025). The company is currently seeking advice from its external consultants and will consider whether to apply for the GEM Listing Committee's decision to be submitted for review by the GEM Listing Review Committee. Unless the company applies for a review of the GEM Listing Committee's decision, the company's shares will be suspended from trading after the expiration of seven business days from the date of the GEM Listing Committee's decision (i.e., starting from November 13, 2025). The company's shares will continue to be traded before deciding whether to apply for a review of the GEM Listing Committee's decision
