WISDOM WEALTH announced that it has received the decision from the Stock Exchange to cancel its listing status, and the board is considering whether to apply for a review by the Listing Review Committee. If no review is requested, the final listing date will be next Friday (14th), and the listing will be canceled on November 17th. The group has been suspended since April 2nd of last year
According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 4th, WISDOM WEALTH (00007) announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange last Friday (31st), stating that the Listing Committee has decided to cancel the group's listing status in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1). According to Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the group has the right to submit the decision to the Listing Review Committee for review within 7 business days after the decision is issued. The board is seeking advisory opinions and is considering whether to request that the decision be submitted to the Listing Review Committee for further review.
The group indicated that if it does not request the Listing Review Committee to review the decision, the last listing date for the shares will be next Friday (14th), and the shares will be delisted starting from 9:00 AM on November 17th.
