SUZHOU GOOD-ARK announced that the company approved the cancellation of part of the stock options on October 28, 2025. Due to the expiration of the second exercise period for the stock options granted under the 2022 stock option incentive plan on October 27, 410,300 stock options remained unexercised as of the expiration date and will be canceled. On November 4, the cancellation of these stock options was confirmed by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
