CYBERNAUT INT'L announced that independent non-executive director Cao Ke has resigned, and Lv Yonghao will take over. Lv Yonghao will also serve as a member of the Compensation Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination Committee, with a salary of 30,000 per month. According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 5th, CYBERNAUT INT'L (01020) announced that Cao Ke has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, while Lv Yonghao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the remuneration committee, audit committee, and nomination committee, effective from yesterday. The group stated that Lv Yonghao is the director of New State Industries (Guangdong) and previously served as the general manager of Guangdong Zhongyuan Real Estate Agency. She is entitled to receive a monthly director's remuneration of 30,000 yuan. As for Cao Ke, he has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board and is not aware of any matters regarding his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
