HK&S HOTELS announced its third-quarter results, with the average room rate of Peninsula Hotels in the Greater China region decreasing by 4.12% year-on-year to 3,697 yuan; revenue per available room increased by 19.03% year-on-year to 2,477 yuan, with an occupancy rate of 67%. According to the Economic Information Agency on the 5th, HK&S HOTELS (00045) announced that the average revenue per available room (RevPAR) for Peninsula Hotels in the Greater China region in the third quarter of this year was HKD 2,477, an increase of 19.03% year-on-year; the average room rate was HKD 3,697, a decrease of 4.12% year-on-year; and the occupancy rate was 67%, an increase of 13 percentage points year-on-year. During the same period, the average RevPAR for Peninsula Hotels in other Asian regions was HKD 2,011, an increase of 6.97% year-on-year; the average room rate was HKD 3,136, a decrease of 5.51% year-on-year; and the occupancy rate was 64%, an increase of 7 percentage points year-on-year. The average RevPAR for Peninsula Hotels in Europe and the United States during the quarter was HKD 9,234 and HKD 5,994, respectively, an increase of 8.23% and 15.8% year-on-year; the average room rates were HKD 13,547 and HKD 8,113, respectively; and the occupancy rates were 68% and 74%, respectively.
