According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 6th, HYSAN DEV (00014) and Huamao Group have jointly topped out the Lee Garden Eight project, expanding the leasable floor area of the Lee Garden area by approximately 30%, solidifying its position as a preferred destination for business, living, and culture. The topping-out ceremony marks an important milestone for Lee Garden Eight as it moves towards completion in the third quarter of 2026.
