Langham Place partners with the Retail Management Association to launch beauty and health service certification

CHAMPION REIT (02778.HK) announced that to enhance consumer confidence in the industry, its Langham Place Office Tower has jointly launched the "Professional Quality Service Charter" with the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, which will provide the first professional certification and supervision for beauty, health, and medical services in Hong Kong.

Langham Place Office Tower has taken the lead in having over 90% of its beauty and health medical tenants sign the charter, which is expected to set a benchmark for the industry. This charter is the first professional certification mechanism and supervision specifically for the beauty and health medical industry in Hong Kong. Through third-party professional certification by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, certification stickers will be issued after conducting mystery shopper assessments and collecting consumer feedback to ensure that the service quality of participating brands meets professional quality standards.

CHAMPION REIT's CEO, Hou Xun, stated that Langham Place Office Tower is transforming into a core hub of a health business ecosystem, and hopes that the charter can rebuild consumer confidence and add value for tenants
