GEMDALE PPT: October contract sales total decreased by 72% year-on-year
Gemdale PPT announced that the total contract sales in October 2023 were approximately RMB 592 million, a year-on-year decrease of 71.77%; the total contract sales area was approximately 43,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 69.74%. In the first ten months of this year, the cumulative total contract sales were approximately RMB 9.125 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 43.93%; the cumulative total sales area was approximately 719,600 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 39.18%
According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 6th, GEMDALE PPT (00535) announced that the total contract sales in October this year were approximately 592 million yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year decrease of 71.77%; the total contract sales area was approximately 43,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 69.74%; the average selling price was about 13,800 yuan per square meter.
As for the first ten months of this year, the cumulative total contract sales amounted to approximately 9.125 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 43.93%; the cumulative total sales area was approximately 719,600 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 39.18%. (jl)
