LONGFOR GROUP (00960.HK) announced that in October, it achieved a total contract sales amount of 5 billion RMB (same below), a year-on-year decrease of 55.4%, with a contract sales area of 446,000 square meters; during the month, the contract sales amount attributable to shareholders was 3.54 billion RMB, involving a sales area of 326,000 square meters.
