
Boustead bags semiconductor project, raises 2026 order book to $193m

Boustead Singapore Ltd has secured a design-and-build contract for a semiconductor materials facility in Tampines, expanding its industrial portfolio. The 9,000-square-metre plant is set for completion by Q4 2026. This contract raises Boustead's order book to $193 million for FY2026. The company stated that the project will not significantly impact earnings or net asset value for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, as demand in precision-engineering and semiconductor facilities continues to drive construction in Singapore's industrial sector.
The 9,000-square-metre Tampines plant will be completed by Q4 2026.
Boustead Singapore Ltd said its Real Estate Solutions Division under Boustead Projects Ltd secured a design-and-build contract to reconfigure a semiconductor materials facility near Wafer Fab Park.
The 9,000-square-metre site in Tampines will undergo additions and alterations, with completion targeted for Q4 2026. The contract expands Boustead’s industrial portfolio in advanced manufacturing, which remains a core contributor to Singapore’s electronics supply chain.
Including the new deal, Boustead has secured $193 m in contracts since the start of FY2026. The group said the project will not materially affect earnings or net asset value for the financial year ending 31 Mar 2026.
The company noted that activity in precision-engineering and semiconductor facilities continues to support construction demand in Singapore’s industrial sector.
