STAR GROUP ASIA (01560.HK) announced the sale of a property located at G/F, 18 Yau Wa Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with a total construction area of approximately 637 square feet, to an independent third party, Jin'an Financial, for a cash consideration of HKD 14.975 million. The expected loss from the sale is approximately HKD 20.325 million
