DOMAINE POWER (00442.HK) announced a proposed rights issue to issue up to 86.35 million shares; the subscription price is HKD 0.71, representing a discount of 17.44% to today's (12th) closing price. The maximum fundraising amount is HKD 61 million, with a net amount of HKD 58 million. The proceeds are intended for the VAX acquisition; to promote strategic expansion and development of the main business; and to supplement general working capital
