Americas Gold and Silver to buy Idaho mine owner Crescent Silver in $65M deal

Americas Gold and Silver (USAS) announced its acquisition of Crescent Silver, owner of the Crescent silver and antimony mine in Idaho, for $65 million in cash and shares. The deal includes $20 million in cash and ~11.1 million USAS shares valued at ~$45 million. The company plans to raise $65 million through a private placement to fund the acquisition and advance the mine, which has historical resources and existing infrastructure.
