
Sassuer REIT’s China retail spaces drive $91.3m rental income in 9M

Sasseur REIT's China retail portfolio generated $91.3m in rental income in the first nine months of 2025, marking a 3.1% increase from the previous year. The growth was driven by strong outlet sales, which rose by 3.9% to $594,300. The portfolio achieved a 98.5% occupancy rate, with fashion, sports, children's wear, and shoes and leather retailers contributing significantly to revenue growth.
Its retail portfolio in Liangjiang, Bishan, Hefei, and Kunming drove $594,300.
Sasseur REIT’s EMA rental income in its China retail portfolio reached $91.3m (RMB502.5m) in the first nine months (9M) of 2025 or an increase of 3.1% over the same period last year, underpinned by strong outlet sales performance.
It saw $594,300 (RMB3.244m) in outlet sales across its retail portfolio in Chongqing Liangjiang, Bishan, Hefei, and Kunming in 9M, a 3.9% increase over the same period last year.
For the third quarter, Sassuer saw portfolio occupancy of 98.5% and NLA of two years as of 30 September 2025.
Its growth revenue was driven by fashion (43.1%), sports (21.1%), children’s wear (6.5%), and shoes and leather (4.1%) retailers.
