IVD MEDICAL (01931.HK) announced the acquisition of 96,525,000 A shares of B-Soft (300451.SZ) from an independent third party, accounting for 6.23% of its total share capital; the price per share is RMB 5.18, with a total consideration of RMB 500 million, to be paid in four phases using internal resources. After the completion of the acquisition and voting rights delegation, the company will hold a total of 12.64% voting rights in B-Soft
