CIMC ENRIC signs cooperation agreement for Liaoning steel and coke integration project

CIMC ENRIC (03899.HK) announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group, a subsidiary of Ansteel Group, for the Lingang Gas Green Comprehensive Utilization Project (Phase II of the Lingang Project). This is another integrated steel and coke project achieved by both parties and marks CIMC ENRIC's fourth similar project nationwide, expected to be completed in 2026.

The first two integrated steel and coke projects of Anji New Energy in Liaoning Province are currently in operation, with the Ansteel Yangyuquan project having been in operation for a year, and Phase I of the Lingang Project also having been put into production. Both projects have achieved annual carbon reductions of over 400,000 tons
