The draft shows that regarding the liabilities guaranteed by the original actual controller and his spouse Liu Yuping for the appliance group and 37 other companies, creditors will suspend the pursuit of guarantee responsibilities against the original actual controller and his spouse after the issuance of a letter of commitment and the approval of the reorganization plan.
