NIRAKU transfers two real estate trusts for 1.8 billion Japanese yen

NIRAKU (01245.HK) announced that its 75%-owned subsidiary NBI Regional is transferring two trust real estate properties to independent third party SMFL MIRAI Partners, including 100% beneficial rights of the "KAIASU" and "Hōkaku no Hana Nanraku Onsen Ryokan" trusts, for a total consideration of 1.83 billion Japanese yen (approximately HKD 97 million). The estimated proceeds from the sale are approximately HKD 20.5 million
