This dividend is payable on December 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on December 17, 2025.</p>  <p>As of November 20, 2025, Meritage has repurchased $128 million of shares in the fourth quarter and $273 million of shares on a year to date basis. There is $536 million remaining under the current authorization program. Meritage expects to complete the fourth quarter with $150 million of total repurchases.</p>  <p>“In light of current market conditions, we have adjusted our capital allocation plan for 2026.
