JOY CITY PPT's privatization plan approved by the Bermuda court, expected to delist after Thursday's market close

JOY CITY PPT (00207.HK) announced that the proposed privatization plan was approved by the court last Friday (21st) Bermuda time. A copy of the court order approving the plan is expected to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda for registration on Tuesday (25th).

Assuming all conditions are met or waived, the plan is expected to take effect on Tuesday. The company will withdraw its listing status starting from 4 PM on Thursday (27th)
