China Energy Engineering (03996.HK) announced that, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, relevant laws and regulations, normative documents, and the Articles of Association of China Energy Engineering Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman Ni Zhen has been elected as Chairman, with his term starting from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the third Board's term.
