The latest sales arrangement uploaded by New World Development (00017.HK) for its Jordan project "Jade" confirms that on Friday (28th), a total of 63 units will be sold in the form of a price list, including 33 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom open kitchen units, 19 two-bedroom enclosed kitchen units, and 6 special units. The usable area ranges from 212 to 380 square feet, with the price list pricing set between HKD 6.147 million and HKD 12.71 million, and the price per square foot approximately HKD 24,108 to HKD 33,447. After deducting all discounts, the actual selling price ranges from HKD 4.917 million to HKD 10.168 million, with the actual price per square foot approximately HKD 19,284 to HKD 26,758. The average price per square foot for the entire 63 units is HKD 27,205, with a total value of nearly HKD 517 million; the actual average price per square foot is HKD 21,763, with a total value of about HKD 414 million.
In Sales Arrangement No. 1, 60 units have an actual selling price below HKD 9 million, and all one-bedroom units, except for the rooftop special outdoor units, are below HKD 6 million. The project will close ticket sales at 6 PM on Thursday (27th). The developer previously announced that over 600 tickets were collected over the past weekend, with the first two price lists of 63 units being oversubscribed by more than eight times, including many large investors, with about 30% of ticket purchasers intending to buy all three units on a floor, and more than half of the ticket purchasers being expatriates in Hong Kong
