JINHUI HOLDINGS subsidiary sells vessels for USD 10.3 million

JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137.HK) announced that its 55.69% subsidiary Jinhui Shipping has sold a super handymax vessel with a deadweight of 56,968 tons to independent third party Hong Kong Hengsheng Shipping for a cash consideration of USD 10.3 million (approximately HKD 80.34 million). The estimated book loss from the sale is approximately HKD 4.4 million
