
Wee Hur Holdings issues medium-term notes of 30 million yuan with an interest rate of 4.80% | Lianhe Zaobao

Wee Hur Holdings announced the issuance of medium-term notes totaling SGD 30 million with a coupon rate of 4.80%, scheduled for issuance on December 1 and listing on the Singapore Exchange on December 2. These notes will be consolidated with the previously issued SGD 175 million notes and are offered to institutions and qualified investors in Singapore, with the funds raised to be used for the company's development
Wee Hur Holdings will issue a total of 30 million yuan in Series 001 second batch notes with a coupon rate of 4.80% and a maturity date of 2030.
Wee Hur Holdings announced this news after the market closed on Monday (November 24) on the Singapore Exchange.
These notes will be issued under the company's multi-currency medium-term note program established in May this year with a total amount of 500 million yuan. The issuance date of the notes is December 1, and they will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on December 2.
These notes will be consolidated with the Series 001 first batch notes issued on November 4, totaling 175 million yuan with a coupon rate of 4.80%, forming a single series.
This issuance of notes is made outside the United States. In Singapore, the notes are offered to institutional investors and qualified investors.

The notes will be issued at a price of 100.10% of the face value, plus accrued interest from November 4 to the day before the issuance date, with a denomination of 250,000 yuan or its integral multiples.
The annual interest rate of the notes is 4.80%, with interest paid semi-annually on May 4 and November 4 of each year, with the first interest payment date on May 4, 2026. Unless redeemed early or repurchased, the notes will mature on November 4, 2030.
The funds raised from these notes, after deducting issuance costs, will be used for general purposes of the group, including refinancing existing borrowings, investment and acquisition financing, working capital, and capital expenditures Wee Hur Holdings' stock price fell 2.13% on Monday, closing at 0.69 yuan
