REALORD GROUP withdraws the liquidation application for its subsidiary

REALORD GROUP (01196.HK) announced that the winding-up petition for its wholly-owned subsidiary REALORD International Finance has been withdrawn. On November 23, REALORD International Finance entered into a repayment agreement with the petitioner, under which REALORD International Finance has made a timely payment of HKD 8 million today (24th); will pay HKD 3 million on or before August 31, 2026; and will pay HKD 1 million to a charity designated by the petitioner in the name of the petitioner by the end of 2026
