ETERNITY INV sold shares of YUNFENG FIN for approximately 860,000 yuan

ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) announced that today (November 25), it sold 332,000 shares of YUNFENG FIN (00376.HK) through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, for a total consideration of HKD 1.2098 million, with an average selling price of approximately HKD 3.64 per share; it is expected to recognize a pre-tax profit of approximately HKD 864,500 from the sale.

From April 28 to November 24 of this year, the company has sold a total of 4.922 million shares of YUNFENG, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 17.8964 million. After the completion of this sale, its wholly-owned subsidiary Kaihong will no longer hold any shares of YUNFENG
